Carol Dickman is a stretch/yoga instructor and writer. She is a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor and is also certified by The Yoga College of India in the Bikram Yoga method. She was selected by Oxford Health Plan as one of their Alternative Medicine Program Practitioners and has taught at NBC Corporate Headquarters, New York City, Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires, on Princess Cruise Lines, at the Jewish Guild for the Blind in New York City, for the city of Las Vegas, and was the official yoga instructor for the Fifty Plus Expos. Carol has appeared on numerous radio and television programs including NBC's TODAY show, CNN, Fox News, The Nashville Network and the Home Shopping Network.
