“My mother, Rosemary, who just turned 88 years old, has suffered from spinal stenosis for several years. She had always been very active and walking more than a mile even in her early 80’s. However in the last few years she has only been able to walk a couple of blocks since she is in constant pain. Consequently, she had started to experience anxiety and depression as her movements became more limited. A few years ago I gave my mother your Chair Yoga Video. She was never into exercise classes but had gone with me once or twice in the last fifteen years to a yoga class.

I was so pleased when she told me that she loved your video because it stretched every part of her body from her toes to neck/head and she had a full work out sitting in a chair. Equally important, she felt completely relaxed after doing the yoga. What made me realize that she really loved the video is when she told me she does chair yoga three to four times a week! When I spoke to her Sunday she was very enthusiastic and very thankful for your video, and I thank you for giving my mother a new lease on life!”
