Stretch for Your Eyes
Try this in an elevator!

Stretch in a crowded elevator? You've got to be kidding. Give your eyes this special treat the next time you've got time to spare while going from here to there.

Imagine a clock with images of your favorite foods replacing all the numbers. Keeping your head still, gaze up toward the number 12 position, (raspberries for me,) and hold for a moment. Next gaze down to the number 6 position and hold again. Then slowlv move your eyes to the right to number 3, then to the left to 9. Complete the movement by looking softly straight ahead and taking a few deep, relaxing breaths.

Repeat this movement a few times and if it feels comfortable for you, start circling your eyes in a clockwise direction, pausing briefly at every favorite. After you've gone once around the clock, reverse the circle and let your eyes travel in a counterclockwise direction.

If possible, lightly close your eyes, breathe deeply and notice how your eyes feel.
