Telephone Booth Stretch
While you're on hold!
![]() |
Time on your hands while your best friend has you on hold? Give your
free hand and wrist a welcome stretch while waiting it out. Place your hand against the wall of the phone booth, palm and fingers pointing up. Separate your fingers and then spread them apart as much as possible. Inhale deeply and as you exhale allow your elbow to straighten as you press your palm and fingers into the wall. Then remove your hand and flex your wrist, fingers now pointing toward the ground. Press the back of your hand against the wall and allow your elbow to straighten. Again spread your fingers wide apart, take in a deep breath and press out through the back of your hand as you exhale. If you're still waiting, switch the receiver and repeat with your other hand. |
