![]() Extend your right arm overhead then bend your elbow, dropping your hand behind your back as if you're going to give yourself a pat on the back. Raise your left arm and take hold your right elbow with your left hand. Very gently begin to move your right elbow to the left and behind your head. Notice if your chin has dropped down into your chest and if it has, invite it to lift until it's parallel to the floor. Remember to respect your limitations and to avoid straining and efforting. With each inhalation invite your body to relax and with each exhalation move into the stretch just a little bit more. Release gently and repeat on the other side.
